Formation of the Fourth Board of Directors of the Union

The Annual General Assembly of the Union convened on 17/11/1977, during which the Board of Directors was elected, consisting of eleven members, as follows:

1. Mr. El-Sayed El-Badawy El-Gendy
2. Mr. Bassiouny Ismail Kamoun
3. Mr. Nour El-Din Abdullah Nemeir
4. Mr. Ahmed Amin Zakaria
5. Mr. Rabie Abdel-Aleem Harb
6. Mr. Khalafallah Ahmed Hassan
7. Mr. Mohamed Ali El-Feky
8. Mr. Ali Mohamed Zreik
9. Mr. Gaber Moussa Gabaly
10. Mr. Ahmed Abdel-Tawab Ahmed
11. Mr. Mahmoud Mohamed Abdo

At the meeting of the Union’s Board of Directors held on 29/11/1977, the Board was formed as follows:

1. Mr. Mohamed Ali El-Feky — Chairman
2. Mr. Ali Mohamed Zreik — Vice Chairman
3. Mr. El-Sayed El-Badawy El-Gendy — Secretary
4. Mr. Nour El-Din Abdullah Nemeir — Treasurer
5. Mr. Bassiouny Ismail Kamoun — Member
6. Mr. Ahmed Amin Zakaria — Member
7. Mr. Rabie Abdel-Aleem Harb — Member
8. Mr. Khalafallah Ahmed Hassan — Member
9. Mr. Gaber Moussa Gabaly — Member
10. Mr. Ahmed Abdel-Tawab Ahmed — Member
11. Mr. Mahmoud Mohamed Abdo — Member

After reviewing Chapter Four of the Union’s Internal Regulations and studying its provisions, the Board of Directors unanimously decided the following:

1. To appoint the following gentlemen as Advisors to the Union’s Board of Directors:
2. 1. Mr. Mohamed Kamel El-Genaidy
   2. Prof. Mohamed El-Saleh Abdel-Kafy
   3. Prof. Mostafa Adam Abdel-Taleb
   4. Prof. Mohamed Ibrahim El-Rowaie
   5. Mr. Ahmed Eid Saleh

They shall be invited to attend all Board meetings and whenever necessary.

It was also unanimously decided to appoint and as advisors to the , which consists of the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, and Treasurer.
