• In session No. (16) on 17/9/1962, the death of the late Dr. Mohamed Kamal El-Din Barakat was announced.
• In session No. (15) on 6/1/1964, the council announced the death of the late Dr. Mohamed Abdel Ghani.
• At the General Assembly meeting of the Union on 25/5/1964, Hassan Mahmoud Komna (Beheira Governorate) and Adel Ahmed El-Zein (Alexandria) were re-elected as members, while the vacant seat for Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate was postponed.
  It was also decided to approve the election of Mohamed Saleh Abdel Kafi and Mr. Mohamed Helmy Abdel Ghani as expert members of the council, nominated by the Egyptian General Organization for Aquatic Wealth.
• At the Union’s General Assembly on 24/5/1965, Mr. Dawoud Khalil El-Melhat was elected for the Manzala area, replacing Mr. Saleh Mohamed Ahmed, whose term had ended.
• At the ordinary General Assembly on 21/6/1965, Mr. Abdel Hamid Mahgoub was elected for the Red Sea area representing Hurghada Association, and Mr. Al-Sayed Ali Youssef Saada for Kafr El-Sheikh.
• At the annual General Assembly on 20/6/1966, the following were elected:
• 1. Lt. Col. Mostafa Mohamed Mekky – representing the Suez Association of Mechanized and Sailing Fishing Boats, replacing Mr. Ahmed Mohamed El-Azaby Abu Awad, whose membership was dropped.
  2. Re-election of Mr. Fouad Ahmed Hedia for Port Said and Mr. Ahmed Abdel Tawab for the Nile Valley area.

The Union’s office was elected as:

• Lt. General Mohamed Fouad El-Dagwy – Chairman
• Mr. Fouad Ahmed Hedia – Vice Chairman
• Mr. Gouda El-Sayed Shokran – Secretary
• Mr. Helmy Abdel Ghani – Treasurer
• At the Board meeting on 31/7/1967, the death of Mr. Gouda El-Sayed Shokran, Secretary General, was announced, and Mr. Mohamed Saleh Abdel Kafi was elected Secretary.
• At the Board meeting on 28/9/1968, it was decided that Lt. Col. Mostafa Mekky’s seat would remain vacant following his retirement from military service until a replacement was elected.
• At the Board meeting on 14/10/1968, the death of Lt. General Mohamed Fouad El-Dagwy was announced.
