After reviewing:

• Law No. 95 of 1980 concerning the Protection of Values from Shameful Conduct;
• Law No. 123 of 1983 concerning Fishery Cooperatives;
• Presidential Decree No. 190 of 1983 establishing the General Authority for Fish Resources Development;
• Ministerial Decree No. 181 of 1984 issuing the Executive Regulations of the aforementioned Law No. 123 of 1983;
• And upon the proposal submitted by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Fish Resources Development;

Hereby decides:

Article (1):
The provisions of the attached decree shall apply to the Fishery Cooperative Societies.

Article (2):
This decree shall be published in the Egyptian Gazette and shall enter into force from the date of its publication.
